PROGRAMME OF EXHIBITIONS AND EVENTS AT KITCH-EN:

Climate of Consciousness Group Exhibition by CCAD
Monday 12th - 24th February. Private view Monday 12th February 6-8pm. All are welcome, free wine and cheese for all guests.

We are a group of six undergraduate BA (Hons) Fine Art students currently studying at Cleveland College of Art and Design. This is our first group exhibition, which aims to challenge notions relating to personal emotions, exploring the fragility of your own existance through the recollection of personal life experience.

This varied body of work comprises of painting, drawing and sculpture works incorporating contemporary themes and narratives.

Exhibition group members: Sarah Jones, Gavin Lenaghan, Adam Murphy, Mark Fieldsend, Jennifer Draper and Graeme Clark.

Voices - a WMDJ project sponsored by The DigitalCity
Monday 26th Feb - Saturday 17th March.


The WMDJ project brings together the talents of international songwriter Steve Thompson, poet Tom Kelly and photographer Peter Dixon. Voices is the team's first public display and documents several year's worth of material. The multimedia installation's gritty social realism is sure to be a big hit with local audiences, with the Kitch-en exhibition kick starting a 12 month tour which will stop of at art galleries and museums right across the region.


FUSION 07

Kirkleatham Museum (Pavilion)
A vibrant showcase with the aim to provide a snapshot of the range of Arts currently being created and delivered in Redcar & Cleveland and the Tees Valley.

Fusion Exhibition:
8th - 10th February: 10am - 4pm. Admission Free.

Creative Fayre:
11th February: 11am - 3pm

Kitch-en will be at the fayre along with a variety of local artists, designers and crafts professionals from the Tees Valley showcasing and selling original pieces for one day only! Admission Free.


HODGEPODGE MARKET SATURDAY 3RD MARCH:

What? Hodgepodge Market - 10-12 Stalls selling a mixture of fashion, design, art, crafts & more...
Where? Bar 2 ZERO 2, 201 - 203 Linthorpe Road, Middlesbrough. (Opposite Sainsbury's and TS1)
When? Saturday 3rd March, 12 - 4pm.
Why? It's the perfect opportunity to find great unique and affordable items made by local artists/designers/makers.
