How to place an order:

Placing an order could not be easier, simply browse through the site and select the items that you would like to purchase by clicking "Buy Now", after selecting the size and colour if necessary etc. These items will be forwarded to your shopping cart. You can click on "View Cart" at anytime to update the contents of your shopping cart. When you have had your fill of kitch-en goodies simply click "Checkout" to begin the checkout process. At the start you will be asked to login to your account before you can complete checkout. If you don’t have an account, it’s really quick and easy to do! You can also complete checkout without creating an account. However none of your user information will be kept in our records and you will not be able to review or track your orders.

If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Your card will be authorised in real time and you will be given confirmation of a successful payment. If using a public computer, when you are done shopping, remember to Log Off to protect your account!

Shipping And Handling:

All Prints are shipped in sturdy poster tubes via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Standard postage and packaging charges in the UK are £5 per print.

For all orders outside the UK an additional charge will be applied to the cost of the purchase. This additional charge is determined by the country that you want the goods delivered to which will be calculated accordingly. We can ship internationally, please email us info@kitch-en.co.uk prior to making an international order.

Please allow up to 28 days for processing and shipping.

Back Orders:

If your item is not in stock, we will notify you by e-mail, we can then back order for you. You will always be notified with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns and exchange:

If you are unhappy with your order, please let us know! We accept returns or exchanges for all items within 14 days of the shipping date. Please email us at info@kitch-en.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund or exchange. Returns or exchanges made without prior notification may not be processed. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Unfortunately, we cannot make a refund for goods which have been stained by make-up, deodorant or perfumes whilst being tried on or have been damaged by you after receipt.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of customer. Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase.

Exchanges:

We are happy to exchange goods for other products, however we will have to charge postage for all re-delivery which will be calculated accordingly this also includes exchanges within the UK. Postage will be charged to the card you used to make the original purchase. We will always advise you of postage costs before we proceed.

Delivery Schedule:

All requests are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price by us. We will deal with your order promptly. We aim to dispatch goods within 3 days if in stock. But please allow 28 days.

Trading Terms:

These terms and conditions will apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from the Kitch-en online shop web site. By placing an order you are indicating your acceptance of these terms and conditions. That you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your purchase and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Prices:

All prices are as stated on the web site but kitch-en reserves the right at any time to revise the price of goods without notice.

Payment Details & Security:

All payments to kitch-en are handled securely by paypal. (www.paypal.co.uk)

Payment will be debited from your card or account before the dispatch of the goods you have purchased. You will be issued with an electronic transaction receipt, which will be sent to the email address you provide.

Kitch-en does not hold your credit or debit card details.

Kitch-en will be processing the customer's e-mail address and delivery address for the purposes of performing the order you place with us. We will not pass on your personal data to any third parties. You have the right to access and/or correct your personal data at anytime. As we have already stated we do not collect or hold any credit /debit card information from you. We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information we hold about you is accurate and up to date.
